- All our projects are segregated into various milestones to accomplish by our team members.
- Our team begins the projects with a complete analysis and discovery of the creation of the project document’s scope. It is done to ensure that both parties have a full understanding of the project. It also terminates all the potential of the project reversals, disputes, and cancellations.
- Since the project takes time to complete or every milestone and module takes some specific duration, it will not be promising to refund the entire amount once the team has finished the work.
- Once the client approves the mock-up models and the project moves into the development phase, then there will be no refund of the payments.
- If a project is eliminated mutually by both the client and our team, then the client will have control over all the finished work, and any payment for the development of the project further will become null and void. But keep in mind, we will refund no previous deposit or payments for the previous works.
- In the middle way of the milestone phase, there can be no partial refunds for the projects.
- Digital and SEO packages are non-refundable, but the client can cancel the plan with 30 days written notice in advance.
- There will be no cancellation of the services offered by our team on special occasions like the limited time offers.
- If you reject the project or are abandoned by you for more than 30 days, then there will be no refund on the project payments of deposits.
- In case of a refund, the payment will be initiated within 5 to 7 days and will be credited to the client account within 10 working days.
